With banks failing to support what could be classed as low risk propositions, we felt there was a significant gap in the market and an opportunity to become a centre of excellence for financial services. We believe that bridge lending is a straightforward business and our approach is very simple: we will tell you from the outset what we are able or unable to facilitate.

Unlike many lenders, we are 100 per cent privately backed and therefore do not have arbitrary strict criteria to satisfy. With flexibility in our underwriting, we are able to look outside the box and take an open view on each proposal in order to structure a facility wherever possible. This gives us a clear edge over many operators in the market today.

Our clients are based throughout the UK and we consider any income, credit status and any type of properties. We have direct links to funds and are able to offer bespoke solutions which you will not find on the wider market.
